I love the filling inside melting moments. I love the texture of the biscuit and how it melts in your mouth. They’re definately one of my favourites.
Here’s how you can make them too. Printable here.
You Will Need..
Beat butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence together.
Sift flours and icing sugar and add to the butter mixture.
Beat on slow speed until a ball of dough forms.
Lightly flour hands, and form small balls of dough.
Place on tray and flatten with the back of a fork slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through.
Let cool completely on the tray.
While biscuits are cooling, make the filling.
Beat together the butter, icing sugar and jam.
Beat in the food colouring.
