You Will Need…
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius, and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place flour, salt & butter in a bowl.
Mix in with your fingertips until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Make a well in the centre and add about 3/4 of the milk. (You might not need the whole cup, just wait and see)
Mix together to form a dough.
Knead lightly on a floured surface, and then roll out.
Cut out your shapes and place on a baking tray lined with paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes until scones are just starting to get some colour.
Wrap in your sweetest tea towel straight away.
